Attention ASBK Competitors:

• Entries lodged after Wednesday 22 January will receive Final Instructions on Monday, 27 January, once late entries close.
• Ridernet ID is your MA National Licence Number

• Valid Entrant Licence holders login with Entrant Licence Number and supply Riders Licence Number
  
•  All competitors are required to sign an indemnity at the Race Meeting
• Please ensure you have your VIN and Engine Number for your motorcycles
  
• Each competitor is allocated one (1) transponder, regardless of additional classes. Please ensure that you nominate additional transponders in the Products section.
  
• All competitor and team parking will be strictly enforced, working vehicles/trailers will only be permitted in the paddock
  
  Ninja 400 ECU Re-Programming
  Please Note: For a Ninja 400 to be eligible to compete in the Supersport 300 Class at ASBK for 2020, the rev limit must be set to 9650rpm by MA.
  
  If you have any of the previous RPM limits set for your machine you will need to have this adjusted by MA to the 9650rpm limit prior to any competition.
  
  If you require your ECU to be reprogrammed there are 3 options available to have this done prior to the Pre Season Official Test at Phillip Island.
  
  1. Forward your ECU to MA to be returned to you via post, as per the instructions for reprogramming ECU’s supplied with the technical regulations for the class.
  2. Forward your ECU to MA for reprogramming and to be collected by you from the control tower upon your arrival at the Pre Season Official Test.
  3. Have your ECU reprogrammed at the MA office on or before Tuesday the 28^th of January 2020. (Possibly on your way to Phillip Island). 
  Please contact MA if you would like to use either option 2 or 3 so that we can confirm the location of the office, a time, and any other detail required for either option with you.
   
  In all instances the following information will need to be provided.
  
  1. VIN of the machine
  2. Rider Name
  3. Rider Number
  4. Rider Address
  5. Phone contact
   
  There is no charge for ECU’s that have already been programmed by MA previously for this service. However, if your ECU is being programmed for the first time there is a charge of $200 for the service.

Event Specific Information

• Entry Fee includes garage hire as allocated by MA, first timing transponder, and Racesafe Rider Levy
• Entry includes a portion of a garage as allocated by Motorcycling Australia; late entries will not receive an allocation in a garage and will be required to provide their own marquee at the back of the pits
• Tyre Manufacturers and Service Providers have been invited
• Competitors are requested to order their tyres in advance. Order forms can be found  on the ASBK Competitor Info Page.

• There is a compulsory Media Training and Info Session for all competitors on Wednesday at 5:00 PM
• UPDATE: Bump in on Tuesday, 28 January for large trucks has been moved to 3:30 PM at Gate 4 (Gap Road) and 4:00 PM for all competitors via Gate 7. Trucks arriving after 4:00 PM need to contact Liz on 03 9684 0503 and a circuit representative will come and open the gate.  Bump in will close at 8:00 PM SHARP. No entry will be granted after 8:00 PM
