COVID-19 Operating Procedures  

Following discussions with our local authorities the Club can operate under strict conditions.

The opening of Blacktown Junior mini bike Club, is purely for the purposes of personal exercise only, (no competition racing is permitted), thus permitting club members to practice and train for motorcycle racing whilst performing personal exercise. The opening of the venue is covered under the restricted category of what you can and can't do under the NSW COVID-19 restrictions.

The following rules will be strictly applied and adhered to:

  • Entry is restricted and pre organised with the Park Manager.  Entries via ridernet only.
  • Payment is required for riding the correct money should be given (No change will be given).
  • Entry is restricted to riders and family are allowed, No non riding spectators.
  • Pit and parking areas to be utilised to the maximum to greatly exceed the minimum requirement of 4sqm square per rider.
  • Each parked vehicle is to be parked no closer than 4m to another parked vehicle. This is to ensure that social distancing is met. The only people permitted inside this area are your own family members.
  • No sharing of equipment or machines between riders.
  • Riders must have helmet and gloves on before and after entry/exit from the riding track, and must remain on until you reach your pit area.
  • Control and monitoring of riders onto and off the track to ensure compliance to distancing guidelines.
  • No grouping of riders, mechanics or parents/guardians
  • Limited Canteen facilities will be available for lunch and breakfast.  EFTPOS facilities are available.
  • Riders will be allocated a group and will not be able to change sessions.
  • scrutineering is required and it mandatory that machines meet the current MOMS standards.

 If any breaches of the rules occur as outlined above, physical distancing is not adhered to, or people refuse to follow the rules, the club may undertake temporary closure of the track.

Venue responsibilities.

  • Venue to ensure hand sanitiser is available at entry point, toilets.
  • Venue to ensure regular cleaning and disinfection of toilet facilities.
  • Venue to ensure adequate supply of soap in toilet facilities.

 Please understand the club is doing its upmost in getting the complex up and running. Patience and understanding during these difficult times are appreciated.
