• Your Ridernet ID is your MA National Licence Number (a lapsed Senior National Licence, coaches licence number or officials licence number can also be used and then and OEL purchased). A guide on How to Get a Ridernet ID is available HERE
• Valid Entrant Licence holders login with Entrant Licence number and then add the rider's Ridernet ID to the entry after choosing a class 
  
• A 1.5% credit card surcharge is imposed by SMA (Ridernet)
• Entries close 9th January 2020 at 11.59pm. Late entries will be accepted until 23rd February 2020 at 11.59pm and will incur a $100 late fee and will miss the program deadline
• Each entry is allocated a 3 x 3m marquee space or section of a permanent shed, depending on class entry, If you wish to purchase additional shed/marquee space please select in the Products section. Please Note: Late Entries will be allocated a space where available, not necessarily in the area designated for your specific class.
•  If you wish to update details after submitting your entry, you can do so by selecting: Events > My Events > PI SBK > specific class entered >Update Registration (to change number, update sponsors, add transponder number, update/change bike details or add entrant) or Merchandise (to add additional products or an OEL)
  
• Withdrawals must be in writing to the Secretary of the Meeting, no later than three weeks before the first day of the meeting. A medical certificate MUST be received if a rider withdraws less than 10 days before the first day of the meeting. Please Note: Competitors who withdraw from the Race Meeting will not be entitled to the allocated passes listed in Section 15 of the Supplementary Regulations.
  
• All competitors need to sign an indemnity at the Race Meeting

• Circuit Access: Competitor bump in will be on Wednesday 26^th February 2020 during the following hours;
  • 13:00 – 14:00 for Trucks only - entry via Gate 4
  • 14:00 – 17:00 for all other competitors via Gate 7
  • Passes can be collected from the Accreditation office on Wednesday 26th February between the hours of 13:00 – 17:00

  PI Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 108 623 463) and PI SBK Pty Ltd (ACN 108 623 730) (we, our, us) collect personal information when receiving competitor entries for events held at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and during the course of such events.  The information collected includes the details provided on the front of this form, and may also include photographs and electronic images taken during the course of an event. The information you provide is collected by us for the purpose of processing your entry, event co-ordination, billing, providing you with products and services, conducting research, marketing and promotional activities, business processing activities, contract and event management, legal investigations (including investigations by WorkSafe Victoria) and responding to your enquiries.  If you do not provide the information requested (or do not consent to its collection), we may be unable to process your entry and other requests. We will also share information about you with third parties including, but not limited to, law enforcement agencies, motorsport administrators, event promotion consultants, Circuit sponsors and service providers for these purposes. We are not likely to disclose the information to overseas recipients other than photographs and electronic images.  We will not send promotional and marketing material to you for upcoming events if you ask us not to by selecting the unsubscribe option where applicable or by calling us or emailing us.  You can refer to our Privacy Policy on our website www.phillipislandcircuit.com.au. The Privacy Policy contains more information about your right to access and seek the correction of the information we hold about you or to complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how we will deal with such a complaint.
